It is also a very valid note to add, the site was kept very clean, and well organised,  and noise levels were kept to a minimum for our neighbours, which is a consideration most builders ignore.

We now have our fabulous new bungalow, and it has turned out exceeding our highest expectations.”

“Woking and Sam Beare Hospices acquired a residential property which had been run down and neglected. Having been empty for 9 years the project to renovate this 3 bedroomed house was no small feat. The turnaround needed to get this property in use by the hospice was a fast one and this was where RAM homes came in. Their quote came in quickly and they were available to start.

The team started early and were there every day. From day one it became evident that they did not require much supervision as the renovation was project managed by them throughout. The house was to be used for bereavement counselling and our children’s’ services and although the rooms were to be used as counselling rooms the house still had to maintain a residential feel so that it could easily be converted back to a family home if needed.

RAM homes not only completed the building work to an exceptionally high standard but also ensured that the house and gardens were ‘finished’ and ready to move into at the end of the project. This included the landscaping of 2 beautiful gardens, updated outhouses, fitted bathroom, kitchen, flooring and all the painting and decorating. "Wanting more home space, as I’m sure so many of us wish for, my wife and I decided to extend the current family home opposed to the alternative of moving to find the space we sought.

After seeing 4 building companies my concerns were still very present and if anything growing, I was unhappy with all 4 companies for different reasons. A recent extension on a house close to my children’s school had caught my attention, it had seemed to go up quickly with very little mess made.
