Founded in 1983 by Maurice Hickey, RAM Homes is now led by his son, Carl, who has over 30 years’ experience in the business. Carl personally oversees projects and client relationships, ensuring every job is delivered to the highest standard.

Through dedication, commitment and sheer hardwork, the company has grown considerably since it was formed in the 80's. Today RAM Homes is big enough to cope with the most complex projects, yet small enough to offer a truly personal service to all our clients.

Each project is bespoke but we will give you a full breakdown on timings with our quote. As a rough ballpark a single storey extension takes 6-8 weeks, a double storey extension 8-10 weeks.

Not always but if it is a large job it is favourable to move out as the job can be completed a lot quicker.
