Loft ConversionsThis Walton customer came to RAM Homes wanting to seamlessly enlarge their living accommodation with a two storey extension and loft conversion. RAM Homes extended the ground floor to add an office and make the lounge larger. The first floor extension added a master bedroom with en suite and dressing room plus one additional family bathroom. The loft was converted to add one large bedroom with en suite bathroom. The project was complicated by the requirement to remove the large brick chimney.
Before project began, the large chimney is visible on the side of the house.
After the chimney had been removed, the new roof line is completed.
The finished extension and loft conversion is seamlessly integrated and looks like part of the original house. It increased the floor area by 30% and added 7 rooms. |
